Retrofuturistic Space Adventure Short - OVER THE MOON

I’ve got a marvelously awesome retro sci-fi short short film for you to watch today called "Over the Moon." The space adventure centers on a heroine who is the first woman who walked on the moon, along with her robot companion, Julius. Together they attempt to prevent the 1969 American moon landing.

The movie is described as an intergalactic comedy, and a “feminist space adventure about kick-ass comic book heroine Connie Radar.”

The short comes from director James Cunningham and a team of visual effects artists from Auckland’s Media Design School. I love the visual style of the short, and the effects work is done really well. This was quite an enjoyable short, and I you you like it!
