Ridiculous GTA Mod Features Guns That Shoot Cars Instead of Bullets

I've never spent time trying to "mod" anything in video games, but it seems like every day or two I come across a new one that cracks me up. Since Grand Theft Auto V just came to the PC, there are floods of new videos coming out featuring some truly insane mods and all sorts of crazy tweaks to the game. This is one of my favorites that I've come across: this mod allows users to shoot cars instead of bullets from any gun in their possession.
