Robert Downey Jr. Now Says There Are No Plans for IRON MAN 4!?
What in the hell is happening with Robert Downey Jr. and Iron Man 4?! I swear, the guy might just be screwing around with his fans. Yesterday, the actor appeared on both Ellen and The Late Show with David Letterman. In each appearance he give completely different answers to the same question. When Ellen asked if Iron Man 4 was happening, the actor said,
"I know there's going to be more Marvel movies, and they have big ideas of how to do it best… We're in the middle of negotiations, blah blah blah… Yes."
But when he was asked about Iron Man 4 by David Letterman, the actor gave a completely different answer,
"There's no plans for an Iron Man 4. There's no script for Iron Man 4, but they do have a plan and I think they're gonna announce it."
So if we combine these two answers together this is what I get from the actor... He's in negotiations for another Marvel film with a big idea that will include Iron Man, but it will not be for Iron Man 4. One day these confusing answers will all make sense, but that's just what I'm hearing from him right now. You can watch him talk about it with Letterman in the video below.
