Ryan Reynolds Says DEADPOOL Footage Will Be Online in Three Weeks
If you weren't in Hall H at San Diego Comic-Con this past weekend, then you missed out on the Deadpool footage that many are saying "won" the entire convention. You can read our full description of the footage right here, but it sounds like it was filled with some pretty R-rated language and insane violence. That's exactly what fans wanted to see from this movie, but will the footage ever make its way online in an official capacity?
Star Ryan Reynolds took to Twitter with an answer:
When he says they have "something" for us, I'm not sure that means it'll be the same exact footage from SDCC. That may have just been intended for the diehard fans who showed up in Hall H. I'd guess that we're either going to see a slightly improved version of that same footage as a red-band trailer, or maybe a slightly different cut of it just so Fox can make the Comic-Con attendees can feel like they saw something no one else could see. Either way, a trailer being released in early August makes sense, since the movie will come out about six months from then on February 12th, 2016.
