Scarlett Johansson to Star in R-Rated Comedy MOVE THAT BODY

Sony Pictures is in negotiations with Scarlett Johansson to star in an R-rated comedy they are developing called Move That Body. The script for the film was written by Lucia Aniello and Paul W. Downs. That script recently made the 2015 Black List, which is a list of the best unproduced screenplays of the year. Move That Body won't be unproduced for much longer!

The film is described as being a mix of The Hangover and Weekend at Bernies. The story centers on five friends who rent a beach house in Miami for a bachelorette weekend. During the crazy weekend they accidentally kill a male stripper, and they are forced to deal with it in comedic ways. Aniello not only wrote the script, but she is attached to direct it as well. As for Downs, he is also set to co-star.

The two writers are also working on the Jump Street spinoff film for the studio. It'll be fun to see Johansson in a crazy comedic flick like this. She doesn't really do a lot of comedy. I'll be looking forward to seeing how this turns out.
