Set Photos From STAR WARS: ROGUE ONE Surface
Over the weekend some photos from the set of Gareth Edwards' Star Wars Anthology: Rogue One surfaced on the Internet thanks to Mirror Online. As you can see below, they feature the classic looking Stormtroopers from the original trilogy.
The photos were taken at Elstree Studios, and along with the Stormtroopers, we also see part of a ship on what looks like a tropical beach type planet with an arsenal of weapons.
The story for Rogue One follows a band of resistance fighters unite for a daring mission to steal the Death Star plans.
It takes place before the events in A New Hope, which is why you're seeing some classic looking Stormtroopers. Scroll through the photos in the embed below. The movie is set to be released on December 16th, 2016, and I can't wait to see what this film is going to give us!
