Showrunner Calls DAREDEVIL Season 2 "Daredevil Vs. The Punisher"

With Jon Bernthal officially cast as The Punisher is season two of Marvel's Daredevil, fans have been wondering will he be friend or foe to Daredevil. According to sources of the Nerdist, co-showrunner Marco Ramirez has been calling Marvel's Daredevil season two "Daredevil Vs. The Punisher." This contention will come down to how each hero stops crime: Daredevil uses his fists and billy-club; The Punisher fills criminals will bullets. It's not known if the Netflix series will follow the story arc from the comic Daredevil Vs. The Punisher: Means & Ends.

With The Kingpin in prison, this could leave a power vacuum that draws in an even more violent criminal element which could be a major reason why The Punisher is in Hell's Kitchen. As both of these antiheroes are ultimately good guys, I'm really expecting a team up to take down rumored villain Bullseye. Sounds like there will be blood on street of New York. Daredevil season two will stream on Netflix in 2016.
