Skeleton Made Mobile With Fake Muscles

This may be the beginning of making robots indistinguishable from humans. The Suzumori Endo Robotics Laboratory managed to create artificial multifilament muscles and attached them to a human skeleton to allow for smooth motion. This technology is still young, but eventually it could lead to robots that have a more fluid motion and don't fall down steps because their legs are rigid. Maybe it could even be used to create more natural artificial legs. I won't lie, I'm not sure about all the science involved, but I did get a little queasy watching this. Something about seeing fake muscles creeps me out!
