SUPERGIRL Script Could Reveal Something Huge About the DC TV Universe
On the heels of the announcement that Grant Gustin would be appearing as The Flash on the March 28th episode of Supergirl, we are now seeing evidence that a popular fan theory may be true! Comicbook says the devil is in the details...
The fever pitch around the geek community is all over the lack of an apostrophe. While it may just be a typo, it could also very well be a reference to Worlds Finest. Not to be confused with the Batman and Superman team up comic, World's Finest, "Worlds Finest" followed characters from Earth 2 as they operated in the main DC universe Earth.
So Supergirl may not be from Flash's Earth, but rather an alternate universe that Flash traveled to via the speed force. Considering the Flash team will soon be traveling to Earth 2, it is not an all an impossibility! It's also really weird that Harrison Wells keeps reminding Barry that to him his Earth is just Earth, and he's in Earth 2.
True or untrue, I'm just excited to see Barry on Supergirl!
