THE NIGHT BEFORE: International Trailer, Clip, and 3 TV Spots For The Christmas Comedy
Director Jonathan Levine reunites with his 50/50 stars Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Seth Rogen in the Christmas comedy The Night Before, and Anthony Mackie looks like he's going to make a great addition to the lead trio. With funny actors like Mindy Kaling, Lizzy Caplan, and Jillian Bell as supporting characters, I'm hoping this movie ends up being good enough to add to the rotation of Christmas movies that I watch every year. Interestingly, Michael Shannon is also in this film, and this seems so far away from the type of films he normally does that I can't wait to see him interact with this cast in this kind of environment.
The Playlist points out that Sony has released a new international trailer, a clip, and three TV spots for the movie, which you can check out below. There's not a lot of new stuff in there as far as I can tell (the clip is an extended look at one of the scenes in the trailer), but it's a good reminder that this film is coming soon. It hits theaters on November 20th.
Ethan (Joseph Gordon-Levitt), Isaac (Seth Rogen) and Chris (Anthony Mackie) have been friends since childhood, and for a decade, their yearly Christmas Eve reunion has been an annual night of debauchery and hilarity. Now that they’re entering adulthood, the tradition is coming to an end, and to make it as memorable as possible, they set out to find the Nutcracka Ball – the Holy Grail of Christmas parties.
