Trailer For Hans Zimmer's First Concert Tour
Hans Zimmer is one of Hollywood's premiere composers, responsible for the scores of The Rock, Gladiator, Inception, Rango, Man of Steel, and 165 other films over his career thus far. He's been so busy working on movies that he's never had time to go on tour before, but all of that changes next year when he and a massive orchestra will be hitting the road for the first time ever. Here's a brief statement from the man himself:
“Performing a tour like this is something that I have always wanted to do, and I am thrilled that the time has finally come. I am very excited to get some of my very talented friends together and give our audiences an experience unlike any concert they have ever been to before.”
The Playlist brings us a pulse-pounding trailer for the tour (which looks really freakin' cool) and all of the dates, so if you happen to live overseas, this seems like an awesome opportunity to see one of the world's greatest composers at the top of his game. Hopefully this will go so well that he'll decide to keep it going and add some cities in the U.S. as well.
