Two Quick Teaser Trailers For FARGO Season 2

From my perspective, it seemed as if there was a little bit of a rivalry between the first seasons of True Detective and Fargo last year. They both competed in the same category at the Emmys, and they were both wonderfully cast star-studded anthology series at high-quality networks from the mind of a single individual (Nic Pizzolatto for TD, Noah Hawley for Fargo). Ultimately, I thought Fargo came out as the better show, and now that we're a few episodes into the second season of True Detective, it's starting to look like Pizzolatto was a one-hit wonder who can't recapture the same glory that he did the first time around.

Will Hawley face a similar situation? The second season of Fargo is coming to FX in September, and while we haven't seen any of the new episodes yet, I'm holding out hope that he has a better plan in place than Pizzolatto and will be able to provide a satisfying follow-up to a fantastic first season. We've seen a brief teaser for season 2 already, but now EW brings two more that give us a look at three of our main actors this season: Kirsten Dunst, Ted Danson, and Patrick Wilson.
