Video: ALIEN Franchise Humorously Recapped in Under Three Minutes

I've seen Ridley Scott's sci-fi classic Alien and James Cameron's action-packed sequel Aliens a bunch of times, I watched Prometheus, and I even checked out the first Alien vs. Predator. But that's all I've bothered to see from this franchise, because I've heard such bad things about David Fincher's Alien 3 and I don't think I've ever heard anyone say anything at all about Alien: Resurrection.

So Mashable's humorous animated recap of the whole franchise was actually enlightening for me, since I had no idea what happened in those movies. It'll be interesting to see what Scott does with his Prometheus sequel Alien: Covenant, and if Neill Blomkamp is ever actually allowed to make his Alien 5 that brings original star Sigourney Weaver back to the franchise.
