Video: Creating STAR WARS Characters at Madame Tussauds

I've never really thought about what goes into creating the wax figures at the famous Madame Tussauds before, but this behind-the-scenes video reveals the process of creating a bunch of Star Wars characters for their London location, and it's insane how much time is spent making these pieces. I had no idea that they used real human hair for the hair — 10,000 individual pieces for Mark Hamill, for example, all placed by hand — and it took ten people a staggering 800 hours to finish Chewbacca (they used yak hair for the Wookiee).
