Nerdwriter1 has quickly become my favorite film-based guy on Youtube. His videos are always insightful and chock-full of analysis! In his latest video, we examine the "meta-cinematic" nature of Christopher Nolan and his ability to merge that with immersion. If none of that made sense just now, the video will clear it up.

A bulk of this analysis is done with The Prestige, which, outside of Batman, is my favorite work of his! Do you think the premise of The Prestige was strong because we wanted to be fooled, or did you really not see it coming?
