Watch: Full FANTASTIC FOUR Comic-Con Panel
Is that...? It is! It's the elusive Josh Trank himself, the director of Fantastic Four, has experienced a whirlwind of terrible publicity over the past couple of months due to unconfirmed rumors that I'd rather not perpetuate here, so it was a little bit of a surprise that he appeared in the flesh at this past weekend's San Diego Comic-Con to promote the movie. But as you can see in the full panel below, it seems like he has/had a solid vision for the film and from what I can tell, the audience dug the newest trailer that debuted at the convention (you can watch it here — Joey called it the best one so far).
Trank was joined on the panel by writer/producer Simon Kinberg and stars Miles Teller, Kate Mara, Michael B. Jordan, Jamie Bell, and Toby Kebbell. They're certainly saying all of the right things, but will the film be any good? We'll find out on August 7th.
