Watch: Ridiculously Cheesy LEGENDS OF THE HIDDEN TEMPLE Movie Trailer

Early this year, we learned that Nickelodeon was reviving the classic '90s game show Legends of The Hidden Temple as a TV movie. As Mick said when he wrote about the movie's posters, this looks "unbelievably corny" — but I don't even think he was prepared for exactly how cheesy this thing turned out to be.

The network released a new trailer today (via Buzzfeed), and...well, take a look:

Like I said...ridiculously cheesy. The text and the score try to make it seem like it's going to be an adventure with an epic scope, but they're clearly hampered by a tiny budget and those sets barely look better than the ones from the old game show itself. If you plan on checking this out, it premieres on Nickelodeon on Saturday, November 26th at 8pm EST.

The Legends of the Hidden Temple TV movie follows three siblings who break away from a lackluster tour in a jungle, finding themselves immersed in a high-stakes adventure comprised of obstacles that they must complete in order to escape alive. The TV movie will feature many elements from the original game show including: Olmec, a talking head who greets cast members Noah, Sadie and Dudley, and launches them on the adventure of a lifetime; The Steps of Knowledge, the entrance to the temple and launching pad for the mission; and appearances from a green monkey, red jaguar, and silver snakes, among others.
