"International Fight With A Lightsaber Day" was a lot of fun and bigger than we expected. What started as a crazy idea a couple weeks ago turned into a worldwide event. You, the GeekTyrant readers who got the word out by sharing on social, taking a challenge photo, and hosting events, are who made this into a new Star Wars holiday.

We saw tweets and shares from Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Germany, Indonesia, Israel, Italy, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Philippines, United Kingdom, and all over the United States.

We've collected a few videos and photos from readers and GeekTyrant staff who wielded a lightsaber into battle. If you missed the fun you've still got the release of Star Wars: The Force Awakens and "May The 4th" to tide you over until next year's "International Fight With A Lightsaber Day."
