X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST Rogue Cut - First Clip and New Photo
The first clip has been released from Bryan Singer's X-Men: Days of Future Past extended Rogue cut. It features Shawn Ashmore’s Iceman and Ian McKellen’s Magneto trying to help Rogue (Anna Paquin), who is down for the count. As this is going on, Michael Fassbender's Magneto is going after his helmet. I also included a new photo above of Iceman helping Rogue. (You can see the first photo from the Rogue cut here.)
There are 17 additional minutes of previously-cut footage from the film included in this extended edition, which gives fans an entire subplot featuring Rogue. The scenes take place during post-apocalyptic segments of the story.
The extended cut of the film is set to be released on Blu-ray and DVD July 14th. Also, if you're going to be attending San Diego Comic-Con this year, you will have a chance to watch it on the big screen! That screening takes place on Saturday, July 11th. Thanks to Entertainment Weekly for the clip!
