Zack Snyder Confirmed to Direct Two-Part JUSTICE LEAGUE Movie
Warner Bros. is announcing a lot of movie news today regarding their DC movie line-up. Click here to read all about the upcoming DC Universe superhero movies and about the actor they cast in the role of The Flash. We've now learned from a press release posted on Business Wire that director Zack Snyder isn't just going to direct one Justice League movie but two. What's cool about this is that it will not be a movie and a sequel. The two films will tell a single story cut into two parts. Justice League Part One will be released in 2017, and Justice League Part Two will come out in 2019. There aren't many details, but this is what the press released gives us:
"Justice League Part One, directed by Zack Snyder, with Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill and Amy Adams reprising their roles (2017)"
“Justice League Part Two, directed by Zack Snyder (2019)"
Like I said, there isn't much there. We don't really have any solid details on the story they will tell, but there have been rumors that you can read about here. I just hope that Warner Bros. will start making great superhero movies again. They really did awesome with the Dark Knight trilogy, but Man of Steel, as cool as it looked, still left me feeling empty. Do you think Snyder and the studio have what it takes to bring all these characters together to tell an incredible epic tale?
