AMERICAN HORROR STORY: APOCALYPSE Gets 3 New Unsettling Promo Spots and an Image
We've got three new eerie promo spots to share with you for FX's upcoming American Horror Story: Apocalypse. Those promos are titled "Radio Active Mist", "Fig", and "Hand Out". As you'd imagine, they're all full of unsettling imagery. I also included a new promo image that was released.
Not much is known about the plot of Apocalypse but it's set in the not-too-distant future and creator Ryan Murphy previously revealed that it would be a crossover with Murder House (Season 1) and Coven (Season 3). He also said, "It’s a season unlike anything we’ve done because there’s a big hook to it. There’s a huge thing that happens in episode 5.” Judging by the promo there's also an apocalyptic theme.
The cast also includes Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters, Kathy Bates, Billie Lourd and Adina Porter. Joan Collins has also been cast and will play the grandmother of Evan Peters’ character. Peters is said to play a "comedic hairdresser." Cody Fern will play Michael Langdon a.k.a. The Anti-Christ, and Jessica Lang has also joined the series to reprise her role from the first season! UnReal star Jeffrey Bowyer-Chapman and Kyle Allen of The Path have also joined the horror anthology as guest stars.
American Horror Story: Apocalypse will premiere on FX on September 12th.
