Andrew Garfield Reportedly Approached by Marvel About Appearing in AVENGERS: SECRET WARS
Here’s another big Marvel movie rumor regarding the upcoming epic Avengers: Secret Wars. According to a recent report from movie industry scooper CanWeGetToast, Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige has approached Andrew Garfield about possibly reprising his role of Peter Parker / Spider-Man in the movie.
The report was shared on social media and it reads: “Before the strikes, Kevin Feige reached out to Andrew Garfield about having his #SpiderMan appear in #AvengersSecretWars.”
Obviously, this is just a rumor, but the source has been posting one big scoop after another recently. We have yet to see if any of the source’s reports will turn out to be true.
That being said, it would be really cool to see Andrew Garflield’s Spider-Man back in action again! The last time we saw him was in Spider-Man: No Way Home in which he fought alongside Tobey Maguire’s Spider-Man and Tom Holland’s Spider-Man.
Fans would definitely love to see Garfield and Maguire back as Spider-Man, but only time will tell if that’s going to happen. Even in this news was true, no one is going to confirm it! Even when set photos started leaking from out for No Way Home of Garfield on the set, he denied it all the way up until the movie actually came out.
What are your thoughts on this rumor? Would you like to see Garfield appear in Secret Wars? Or would you rather see him in another standalone film?
