Arnold Schwarzenegger Is Open to Joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but Who Could He Play?
Arnold Schwarzenegger seems to have a lot going on these days, which is great! It’s fun to see him getting back into action, and he currently has a great action series on Netflix right now titled Fubar, which has been a lot of fun to watch!
During a recent interview with Men's Health, Schwarzenegger was asked about the possibility of joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and it’s something that he’s very much open to… "If the role is right!"
So that sparks the question, what kind of role could Schwarzenegger take on in the MCU, what character from the Marvel universe would he fit? There aren’t really any old buff characters that I can recall, so if he joined, it would most likely be a new character that would fit his iconic persona.
He could also pop up as an older multiversal variant of a popular character from the MCU. Schwarzenegger's real-life son-in-law is Chris Pratt, so it would be kinda funny to see him pop up as a version of Star-Lord from the Multiverse.
Marvel could really do anything they want with him… if they ever asked him to join the party. Marvel Studios has a history of casting legendary actors in the films they make and the addition of Schwarzenegger could be cool! They’ve already got Sylvester Stallone in there!
