Boba Fett Will Reportedly Have a Bigger Role To Play in THE MANDALORIAN in Season 3
Last week Star Wars fans learned that Boba Fett would be making his debut in Lucasfilm’s The Mandalorian. He will be played by Temuera Morrison who might also be playing Captain Rex. The initial report stated that Boba Fett wouldn’t have a big role in the upcoming season, but as many fans expected, it looks like it’s going to set him up to have a much bigger role in Season 3.
According to a recent report from The Direct, the bounty hunter will “play a much larger part in Season 3 of Din Djarin's story than he will in the second season.” In case you don’t recognize the name Din Djarin, that’s the name of Pedro Pascal’s Mandalorian character.
This is just a rumor for now, but it’s something that I and a lot of other fans have expected. I’m pretty sure when Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni started developing this series, bringing Boba Fett in was planned early on along with the inclusion of Ahsoka, who is going to be played by Rosario Dawson.
