Bryce Dallas Howard Confirmed To Be Directing an Episode of THE MANDALORIAN Season 3
We’ve already been reporting for a while that Bryce Dallas Howard would be returning to direct an episode The Mandalorian Season 3, but that’s now been officially confirmed by THR.
Of course she’s going to direct an episode of The Mandalorian Season 3! Howard previously directed the Season 1 episode “Sanctuary,” the Season 2 episode “The Heiress,” and an episode of The Book of Boba Fett, “Return of the Mandalorian.” She is a great director and has been doing a wonderful job with the episodes she directs.
A lot of fans have been campaigning for her to direct a movie, which would be cool, but it would also be awesome if Lucasfilm ended up giving her her own series to develop!
The Mandalorian season 3 is currently in production and Pedro Pascal returns as bounty hunter Din Djarin. He is joined by Grogu as they travel to Mandalore in an effort to be "forgiven for his transgressions." Katee Sackhoff will also return to reprise her role as Bo-Katan in the series, and she’s going to have a much bigger role this time around. There’s no doubt that she wants the Dark Saber back. Also, creator Jon Favreau revealed that he is currently writing Season 4. The Mandalorian Season 3 is set to arrive on Disney+ in February 2023.
