Chris Hemsworth Announces EXTRACTION 3 is in The Works

Chris Hemsworth and director Sam Hargrave recently showed up as Netflix’s Tudum event to announce that they are developing Extraction 3! The sequel was released on the streaming service this weekend, and it’s a seriously badass movie! It a lot better than the first film and maybe this third one will raise the bar to another level.

There are no details to share on the third movie, but the franchise centers on black ops mercenary Tyler Rake. In the first film, Tyler embarks on a mission to save an Indian crime lord’s son, and he finds himself on the brink of death. Extraction 2 picks up with Tyler recovering from the mission in the first film, but then decides to jump into another dangerous adventure to save the family of a Georgian gangster.

Extraction and Extraction 2 are currently available to stream on Netflix. If you haven’t watched yet, they’re definitely worth checking out! The action in these films, especially the sequel is incredibly impressive!
