DAREDEVIL Showrunner Erik Oleson Has Pitched Season 4 to Netflix
We don’t know for sure what the future holds for Marvel’s Daredevil series at Netflix. We know that even though season three was incredible, ratings were down. On top of that Netflix has been on a roll with cancelling Marvel shows such as Iron Fist and Luke Cage. As of right now, anything could happen with Daredevil!
Showrunner Erik Oleson recently posted an update on Twitter saying that he has pitched season four to Netflix, and now we just have to wait and see if Netflix decides to pick it up for another season or not. So, the ball is in Netflix’s court, and I hope that we get to see another chapter in the series!

I can’t help but wonder what the story arc he pitched to Netflix entailed. There are plenty of ideas and stories to choose from! Marvel TV head Jeph Loeb previously said that they already have ideas for Seasons four, five, and six:
“We find the best showrunners that we can, whether it’s Steve Lightfoot on Punisher or Erik on Daredevil, and we work together with them to craft the best story that we can… Does Marvel have an idea as to what Daredevil 4, 5, or 6 could be? Sure. But ultimately those things will be shifted and talked about by the two other important parties that are involved: the network — Netflix — and our showrunner. So we take it on a season-by-season basis, with a general idea as to where we want to be for all of our characters.”
There are so many great story arc from the Daredevil comics to pull from to keep the series going for years if Netflix wants that.
Are there any Daredevil stories that you’d like to see brought to life in season four?
