Does the Working Title for WONDER WOMAN 2 Reveal the Villain?
It was rumored that Circe was going to be the villain in Wonder Woman before Ares and Doctor Poison were confirmed. Could it be that Circe will be the villain in the sequel though? The working title for the film is Magic Hour which is very vague but could point to the fact that Circe is a sorceress with the ability to transform humans into animals. Just watch the Justice League Unlimited episode “This Little Piggy” to see Circe turn Diana into a pig. It’s a great episode if you’re not familiar with Circe. If Circe is the villain, who should play her?
We still don’t know what is going to happen in Wonder Woman 2, but it has been reported to take place during the Cold War. Patty Jenkins is returning to direct and Gal Gadot will reprise the role of Wonder Woman. The current release date is November 1, 2019.
