Eli Roth is Writing a New Horror Movie with BORDERLANDS Star Ariana Greenblatt

Eli Roth has another horror film project cooking and he’s currently writing the script with Borderlands actress Ariana Greenblatt. During an interview with Entertainment Weekly, the Hostel and Cabin Fever filmmaker was asked about the projects he has in development, and he said:

“We have a great idea, so we’re writing a movie together. I don’t want to say anything about it yet, but she’s so smart I’m like, ‘Let’s write a movie together, and we’ll produce it together, and I’ll direct it, and you’ll star in it.'”

Roth goes on to say that Greenblatt, who also appeared in Love and Monsters and The Mandalorian Season 3, “loves horror.” We’re just going to have to wait a bit before we learn any other details.

Roth is also currently writing a sequel to last year’s holiday slasher movie, Thanksgiving. His Borderlands movie arrives in theaters on August 9, 2024.
