Marvel Fans are Confused by The Latest BLACK WIDOW Set Photos
There are some new set photos for Black Widow making the rounds and it has fans a little confused. First, we should reiterate that technically Black Widow has not been officially announced.
Now onto the confusing bit. The movie has been rumored to take place either in the ‘90s or between Captain America: Civil War and Avengers: Infinity War. In these pictures we see Natasha with her red hair driving a 2017 BMW 5 Series Touring Wagon, the model for the year after Civil War.
Some fans are struggling with this since Natasha dyed her hair blonde after Civil War to be less conspicuous and in the pictures, it’s clearly still red. I think this is something that either will be changed in post-production or it’s possible that this is simply before she dyes her hair.
Of course, Natasha is only in half the pictures with the other half containing a villainous figure that many believe to be Taskmaster in an armored vehicle. Some eagle-eyed fans even noticed that the vehicle says “rendőrség” which is the civil law enforcement agency in Hungary which means this is probably taking place in Budapest. I think this could be a really cool movie if done well.
Black Widow is set to star David Harbour, Scarlett Johansson, Florence Pugh, and Rachel Weisz with Cate Shortland directing the film. No release date has been given for the movie.
