Fascinating Inside Look at Tom Holland's Upcoming Project THE CROWDED ROOM
Apple TV+ has released an inside-look promo trailer for Tom Holland and Amanda Seyfried’s upcoming thriller series, The Crowded Room. This looks like a really interesting story, which is set in 1970s New York City, and it follows a young man who is arrested for a shooting.
Things get complicated for the young man when it’s revealed that he has memory issues and now all of a sudden we don’t know if he’s telling the truth or hiding something. This looks like a captivating crime thriller and this video offers us some interesting insight on the story.
The Crowded Room follows Danny Sullivan (Holland), “a man who is arrested following his involvement in a shooting in New York City in 1979. A captivating thriller told through a series of interviews with curious interrogator Rya Goodwin (Amanda Seyfried), Danny's life story unfolds, revealing elements of the mysterious past that shaped him, and the twists and turns that will lead him to a life-altering revelation.”
The Crowded Room is a 10-episode limited series from Akiva Goldsman (A Beautiful Mind). Holland also executive produces and the ensemble cast includes Emmy Rossum (Shameless), Sasha Lane (Loki), Will Chase (Dopesick), and Lior Raz (Fauda), with guest stars Jason Isaacs (Harry Potter), Christopher Abbott (First Man), Thomas Sadoski (The Newsroom), and Zachary Golinger (Evil).
The Crowded Room will be streaming on Apple TV+ on June 9th.
