Fun Japanese Promo Spot for CAPTAIN AMERICA: BRAVE NEW WORLD
Here’s a Japanese promo spot that was released for Captain America: Brave New World, and it features Anthony Mackie find a unique new use for his shield as he introduces the spot. The actor drinks from a special toso cup version of Captain America's shield.
The introduction is followed by some new action-packed footage from the film including a shot of Captain America flying into action and protecting himself from incoming missiles by using his shield and wings.
Wilson officially took on the mantle of Captain America in the finale of Marvel’s The Falcon and The Winter Soldier. In the film, “After meeting with newly elected U.S. President Thaddeus Ross, played by Harrison Ford in his Marvel Cinematic Universe debut, Sam finds himself in the middle of an international incident.
“He must discover the reason behind a nefarious global plot before the true mastermind has the entire world seeing red.”
Captain America: Brave New World also stars Harrison Ford as President Ross/Red Hulk Danny Ramirez, Shira Haas, Xosha Roquemore, Carl Lumbly, with Giancarlo Esposito, Liv Tyler, and Tim Blake Nelson.
The film is directed by Julius Onah and produced by Kevin Feige and Nate Moore.
Captain America: Brave New World opens in U.S. theaters on February 14, 2025.
