Gabriel Luna Joins Chris Pratt in THE TERMINAL LIST Season 2 as Freddy Strain
Gabriel Luna is officially stepping into the world of The Terminal List, landing a major recurring role in Season 2 of Prime Video’s action thriller. The actor, known for his roles in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and The Last of Us, will portray Freddy Strain, a fan-favorite character from Jack Carr’s novel True Believer, which serves as the basis for the upcoming season.
Freddy Strain is a former SEAL Team 6 Senior Chief who now operates as an officer with the CIA’s Ground Branch. A man connected to both his duty and his family, Strain is an elite sniper who believes that James Reece (Chris Pratt) survived the events of Season 1.
This belief sets off a chain reaction, pulling Reece, who is considered the ‘Most Wanted Man on the Planet’—out of hiding and back into the fight.
As Reece and Strain cross paths, their dynamic challenges them both. Reece forces Freddy to see that, in desperate times, playing by the rules isn’t always an option. Meanwhile, Freddy’s dedication to his family, country, and mission provides Reece with a much-needed compass on his road to redemption.
Season 2 continues with an impressive roster of executive producers, including Pratt, David DiGilio, Antoine Fuqua, Kat Samick, Jack Carr, former Army Ranger Max Adams, and former Navy SEAL Jared Shaw.
