Guy Ritchie Casts Domhnall Gleeson and Eiza González in FOUNTAIN OF YOUTH
Domhnall Gleeson (Star Wars) and Eiza González (Baby Driver) have joined director Guy Ritchie’s next film project Fountain of Youth, which is set up at Apple Studios. They join the previously cast John Krasinski and Natalie Portman.
The movie follows “estranged siblings (Krasinski and Portman) who partner on a global heist to find the mythological Fountain of Youth. They must use their knowledge of history to follow clues on an epic adventure that will change their lives — and possibly lead to immortality.”
The script for the film was written by James Vanderbilt (Scream, Ready or Not) and it will be produced by Skydance, Vinson Films, and Project X Entertainment.
Apparently, this film has been a high priority for Skydance after getting the script in from Vanderbilt. It’s said that the script “blew execs away.” They’ve now got some great talent attached to the film and it should end up being a great movie!
