Hailee Steinfeld Joins Michael B. Jordan in Ryan Coogler's Supernatural Vampire Movie
Hailee Steinfeld (Into the Spider-Verse, Hawkeye) has joined Michael B. Jordan in Ryan Coogler’s untitled supernatural vampire thriller, which is set up at Warner Bros. Pictures.
It was also recently announced that Wunmi Mosaku, Delroy Lindo and Jack O’Connell have joined the cast as the project is gearing up to shoot later this month in New Orleans.
While we don’t know much about the movie, it’s said that the feature is set in “the Jim Crow-era South and possibly involves both vampires and Southern supernatural traditions.” The report also says that “Jordan may even be playing dual roles — as twin brothers.”
Another element of the film that is being reported is that Mosaku may be playing Jordan’s romantic interest, O’Connell may be a racist antagonist, and Steinfeld’s part has not be revealed.
The studio has set a March 7, 2025, release date.
