Heart-Pounding Final Trailer For A QUIET PLACE: DAY ONE
Paramount Pictures has released the final trailer for the upcoming horror film A Quiet Place: Day One, which opens up in theaters this weekend.
There’s a lot of excitement about this movie, and the reviews that have come out so far have been very positive. So, hopefully, it will actually live up to the hype for fans.
While I’m looking forward to watching it, I’m more excited about Kevin Costner’s Horizon: An American Saga, which also comes out this weekend. I’ll be seeing that film before I see A Quiet Place: Day One.
A Quiet Place: Day One is a post-apocalyptic horror prequel that takes “place at the beginning of it all before the original A Quiet Place (2018) film. A woman named Sam (Lupita Nyong’o) on a day trip to the city must survive an invasion in New York of bloodthirsty alien creatures with ultrasonic sound hearing.”
Creator John Krasinski previously said of the film, “We follow Lupita Nyong’o’s character as she navigates the horrific first moments of the alien invasion in the loudest city of the world, New York City.”
The movie has a solid cast that also includes Joseph Quinn, Alex Wolff, and Djimon Hounsou. The movie was written and directed by Michael Sarnoski (Pig).
A Quiet Place: Day One will be released in theaters on June 28th, 2024.
