Jamie Alexander's Lady Sif Will Return For Marvel's THOR: LOVE AND THUNDER and Possibly LOKI
Jamie Alexander is set to reprise her role as Lady Sif in Marvel's next Thor film, Thor: Love and Thunder. Sif has been MIA in the MCU for quite some time. I’ve been wondering if we would ever see her character again, and it good to know that she’ll be back.
The report also reveals that Alexander’s Sif will possibly appear in the Disney+ Loki series, which would totally make sense. I wonder if we’ll get any information on what Sif has been up to since we last saw her. I believe the last time we saw her in the movies was in Thor: The Dark World. Although, she did appear in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.
From what I understand Sif was among the many people who were wiped out in the universe when Thanos completed the Infinity Gauntlet and snapped his fingers. But, she ended up being resurrected thanks to The Avenger’s efforts in saving the world in Endgame.
Thor: Love and Thunder is being directed by Taika Waititi, and Chris Hemsworth will be back as the God of Thunder; Natalie Portman is reprising the role of Jane Foster, who will also become Thor; Tessa Thompson is returning as Valkyrie and ruler of Asgard; Chris Pratt will return as Star-Lord; and it was recently announced that Christian Bale will play Gore The God Butcher.
