Jamie Lee Curtis' Involvement With The HALLOWEEN Sequel Teased in Photo

We already knew that a sequel was in development for David Gordon Green and Danny McBride’s Halloween movie. And while we expected members of the original cast to reprise their role, producer Jason Blum shared a photo of himself on Twitter with franchise star Jamie Lee Curtis.

The photo came with the note, “We’re discussing stuff” and Curtis is seen holding an action figure of herself from the previous movie that was made. Obviously, they are discussing her return to the franchise.

It’s safe to assume that Judy Greer and Andi Matichak will return as well as Laurie Strode’s daughter and granddaughter. One thing we don’t know is if Gordon Green and McBride will return to develop the movie.

I hope they come back to work on it! I liked what they did with Halloween, and if Blumhouse is going to continue the story, I want to see how these two guys will continue it. Now, Curtis did previously say that she would make the sequel if Gordon Green came back:

“If David Gordon Green called me up and said let’s do another Halloween, I would do another Halloween. Because he did such a beautiful job creating this movie.”

So, maybe this is something that has been worked out.
