Kelsey Grammer Says There's Been "Conversations" About Beast's MCU Return After THE MARVELS

Kelsey Grammer’s version of Hank McCoy / Beast.in the X-Men film has become a fan-favorite portrayal of the character, and it was pretty awesome to see him pop up at the end of Marvel’s The Marvels.

He appeared in a post-credits scene which showed Monica Rambeau (Teyonah Parris) ending up in a new universe with Beast and an alternate version of her mom, Maria Rambeau / Binary (Lashana Lynch).

It seemed to set up a story that could bring Grammer back for a much larger role as Beast in the MCU, and following the positive response to seeing Grammer again, the actor confirms that there have been "some conversations" about him returning.

In an interview with CB, Grammer said: "There's nothing I can talk about. What I do know is that there was a huge sort of outburst when I showed up at the end of The Marvels, I guess it was.

“The response was really almost... it wasn't unexpected. There'd be some response, but it was pretty overwhelming, and so there are some conversations."

Grammer previously shared: "It is my hope that you will [see him again]. I can say with a certain amount of confidence that you will. I would love to.”

Grammer went on to say that he was "very pleased" by fans' reactions to the cameo, adding: "I've always wanted to play him again.

“I see him as an extraordinary character, a real character of gravitas and importance in our culture. I'm delighted Beast is back and hope he's back in a real way."

It would be cool to see Beast have a big role and a strong story arc in the upcoming story arc that involves The X-Men.
