Kickass New Trailer For COBRA KAI Season 6 Part 2
Netflix has released a new trailer for Cobra Kai Season 6 Part 2, which will continue the story of Miyagi-do’s journey to the international karate tournament known as the Sekai Taikai.
This series has taken fans on a wild karate journey and I’m excited to see how the story plays out and comes to an end for some of these characters.
This next set of episodes sure looks like it’s going to be a fun ride as there’s going to be lots of brutal kickass tournament fighting. As you’ll see, it looks like the young fighters have their work cut out for them when they enter the ring.
But, as Johnny Lawrence points out in the trailer, the goal is to wipe the smirks off their opponents’ ugly faces.
When Daniel, Johnny, and their team of karate kids arrived at the Sekai Taikai in the first part of the season, they learned that the villainous John Kreese has teamed up with a dojo in Japan and formed a new Cobra Kai. The bigger reveal, though is when they saw Tory back with Kreese!
Series star Jacob Bertrand recently talked about the ending of the show and said he is happy with how the sixth and final season of the hit Netflix series ends, but he also knows that you can’t make everyone happy.
Bertrand said: "You can't make everybody happy, but I was happy with the ending and so is [the cast and crew]. Obviously, for the Sekai Taikai, only the captains can win it and Robby's the captain.
“So for all those Miguel stans out there – let Robby have his moment. We'll see if Robby can actually pull it out. Not everyone can win everything, but I'd say where everyone's characters end up is in such a great place and the [series finale] is so awesome and was so much fun to film.
“I think everyone's gonna be stoked about where all the characters end up."
Bertrand continues: "There's a fight every single episode and each fight is bigger than the last. It is absolutely insane. There's some very big falls from grace."
The cast includes: Ralph Macchio (Daniel LaRusso), William Zabka (Johnny Lawrence), Martin Kove (John Kreese), Xolo Maridueña (Miguel Diaz), Jacob Bertrand (Hawk), Mary Mouser (Samantha LaRusso), Tanner Buchanan (Robby Keene), Peyton List (Tory), Gianni Decenzo (Demetri), Courtney Henggeler (Amanda LaRusso), Vanessa Rubio (Carmen), Dallas Dupree Young (Kenny), Yuji Okumoto (Chozen), Alicia Hannah-Kim (Sensei Kim Dae-Un), Griffin Santopietro (Anthony) and Oona O’Brien (Devon).
Cobra Kai Season 6 will consist of 15 total episodes, which will be released in three parts over the course of several months.
The second part of Cobra Kai season 6 is set to hit Netflix on November 15. Part 3 is set to premiere sometime in 2025.
