KINGDOM HEARTS 4 Leak May Have Revealed Every Disney World in the Game
Sora might be taking one seriously wild Disney vacation in Kingdom Hearts 4. A massive new leak appears to have revealed the Disney worlds featured in Square Enix’s next adventure, and if the information is legit, fans are getting everything from returning favorites to Star Wars, Zootopia, The Haunted Mansion, and a couple of unexpected Disney creations.
Square Enix recently confirmed during D23 that Pixar’s Coco will appear in Kingdom Hearts 4, giving us the first official Disney property joining the game when it launches in 2027. The studio also made it clear that more Disney worlds would be revealed later.
Well, somebody may have spoiled the surprise.
A substantial Steam leak reportedly exposed achievement lists for several upcoming games, including Kingdom Hearts 4. The achievements seemingly contain names connected to the game’s levels, potentially revealing the complete lineup of Disney worlds before Square Enix was ready to show them.
Kingdom Hearts 4 may be bringing back several familiar locations. Toy Box from Kingdom Hearts 3 returns, once again throwing Sora into the world of Toy Story. The Underworld from Hercules is also listed, along with the 100 Acre Wood from Winnie the Pooh.
The new additions are where things get especially interesting.
The biggest is “Galaxy Far, Far Away,” an obvious reference to Star Wars. Fans have wanted Star Wars in Kingdom Hearts for years, and Square Enix appeared to tease its inclusion when Kingdom Hearts 4 was originally revealed.
If this leak checks out, Sora could finally be crossing paths with the Jedi, Sith, droids, and other characters from the galaxy.
It’s an absolutely bonkers crossover, but Kingdom Hearts is probably one of the few franchises where Donald Duck standing next to Darth Vader would feel perfectly normal.
The leaked list also includes Savanna Central from Zootopia and a Haunted Mansion world inspired by The Haunted Mansion. Those are two very different flavors of Disney, which should give the adventure some nice variety.
Then things get a little stranger with “Monochrome Origins” being listed as another world and appears likely to be connected to Disney’s early Mickey Mouse cartoons.
There’s also something called “Imagineer Planet,” which seemingly has ties to Disney World and Disney Imagineering. Exactly what that means for gameplay remains unclear, but the possibility of Kingdom Hearts playing around with Disney theme park history could make for one of the game’s more unusual locations.
According to the leak, the complete Disney world lineup is:
Underworld from Hercules
Land of the Dead from Coco
Galaxy Far, Far Away from Star Wars
Haunted Mansion from The Haunted Mansion
Savanna Central from Zootopia
100 Acre Wood from Winnie the Pooh
Toy Box from Toy Story
Monochrome Origins, likely inspired by early Mickey Mouse cartoons
Imagineer Planet, seemingly connected to Disney World
That’s a pretty fun collection. There’s a solid mix of classic Disney, Pixar, returning Kingdom Hearts locations, newer animated films, theme park material, and the enormous addition of Star Wars.
For now, though, this remains a leak rather than an official announcement. Square Enix hasn’t responded to the leaked Kingdom Hearts 4 achievement list, so the worlds should be treated as unconfirmed until the company starts revealing them itself.
Kingdom Hearts 4 is currently scheduled to launch sometime in 2027 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC.
