Lance Reddick Will Reprise His JOHN WICK in the Spinoff Film BALLERINA
It looks like we are going to see another familiar face from the John Wick action movie franchise in the upcoming spinoff film Ballerina. Lance Reddick is reprising his role as Charon, the concierge who works at the Continental Hotel.
Reddick joins Ana de Armas, who is set to star: Ian McShane, who reprises his role as Winston, the manager of The Continental Hotel; Angelica Houston as The Director, and Keanu Reeves is also in talks to return.
Ana de Armas plays a young female assassin in the spinoff, who seeks revenge against the people who killed her family — as Wick has against those who have done him wrong.
Producer Erica Lee said in a statement: “Charon is an indispensable part of the world of Wick. It’s great to know that Lance will continue to make his mark on this franchise.”
Len Wiseman is directing Ballerina from a script written by Shay Hatten, which was punched up by Promising Young Woman writer Emerald Fennell. The producers are Basil Iwanyk, Erica Lee, and Chad Stahelski.
While we wait for this movie, fans will be able to enjoy John Wick: Chapter 4, which is set to hit theaters on March 24, 2023.
