Lizzy Caplan Scares The Hell Out of Her Kid in Clip From The Horror Thriller COBWEB

Here’s a new clip from the new creepy horror thriller Cobweb, which stars Lizzy Caplan (Castle Rock, Fatal Attraction) and Antony Starr (The Boys). The clip features Caplan scaring the hell out of her kid in the middle of the night. This is definitely great parenting for those of you who never want your kids to sleep again.

In the film, “Eight-year-old Peter is plagued by a mysterious, constant tap, tap from inside his bedroom wall – a tapping that his parents insist is all in his imagination. As Peter’s fear intensifies, he believes that his parents (Lizzy Caplan and Antony Starr) could be hiding a terrible, dangerous secret and questions their trust. And for a child, what could be more frightening than that?”

This movie actually looks like it’s going to deliver some good solid scares! It comes from director Samuel Bodin, the creator of the Netflix horror series Marianne, and it also stars Cleopatra Coleman and Woody Norman. Chris Thomas Devlin wrote the film, which will be produced by Roy Lee through his Vertigo Entertainment, and by Seth Rogen, Evan Goldberg and James Weaver, through Point Grey.

Lionsgate’s horror movie Cobweb arrives in theaters today, July 21, 2023.
