Maya Thurman-Hawke Joins Season 3 of STRANGER THINGS

We recently heard about three new characters that will appear in the third season of Stranger Things, but here’s one more. Thanks to Variety, we’ve learned that Maya Thurman-Hawke (Little Women) will be an unnamed new character. They described this character as follows:

“[A]n “alternative girl” bored with her mundane day job. She seeks excitement in her life and gets more than she bargained for when she uncovers a dark secret in Hawkins, Ind.”

Sounds like things are going to get tricky for Mike and the gang. I’m assuming that the dark secret is the story of the last two years, but maybe it’s a whole new secret?

In the same report, we learned that Lucas’ sister Erica (played by Priah Ferguson) would become a regular in the show with "an army of her own friends. During season 2, many fans became attached to Erica and it appears they will receive the gift of more. I am excited for the third season to come out but am sad that it appears we won’t see it until 2019. I just hope that this time allows them to make the season even better.
