Millie Bobby Brown and Rachel Brosnahan Team Up For Netflix’s Supernatural Series PRISM

Millie Bobby Brown is once again diving into the world of the supernatural, this time with Prism, a new Netflix series currently in development.

The Stranger Things and Enola Holmes star is set to lead and executive produce the project, which also brings in Rachel Brosnahan and the Russo brothers’ production company, AGBO.

In Prism, Brown will play Cassie, a woman gifted, or cursed, with the ability to communicate with apparitions. When a strange global phenomenon begins causing “visitors” (ghosts) to appear all over the world, Cassie must uncover the cause before it’s too late.

The series is based on the short story of the same name, originally published as an Assemble Original in Assemble Artifacts.

Writer Nick Shafir, who developed the project in-house, will co-produce alongside Assemble Media, with Jack Heller and Caitlin de Lisser-Ellen also producing.

Etan Frankel (Shameless, Joe vs. Carole) is on board as showrunner. Netflix declined to comment on the project, but sources say it’s shaping up to be a big one for the streamer.

Brown will executive produce under her PCMA banner, alongside Brosnahan and Russell Kahn through Scrap Paper Pictures. Brosnahan recently portrayed Lois Lane in Superman and will next return for the second season of Apple TV’s Presumed Innocent, which she also executive produces.

The series also continues AGBO’s strong partnership with Netflix. Anthony Russo, Joe Russo, Angela Russo-Otstot, Scott Nemes, and Alessandra Maman are all executive producing for AGBO, which is fresh off major projects like The Electric State (also starring Brown), The Gray Man, and Citadel.

Prism marks the latest chapter in Brown’s long-running relationship with Netflix, which started when she became a global star as Eleven in Stranger Things. That hit series is set to wrap up later this year with a massive fifth season split into three parts.

She also headlined the Enola Holmes films for Netflix, both of which were massive hits for the streamer. A third film is already in the works, expected to premiere in 2026.

Even with her packed schedule, sources confirm that Prism won’t interfere with Brown’s commitments to her existing projects.

Prism sounds like a supernatural series with the kind of ambition and scope that Netflix thrives on.

There’s no release date yet, but this is definitely one project genre fans will want to keep an eye on.
