MOBLAND Season 2 Teaser Unleashes Violent Chaos as the Harrigans Go to War

The Harrigan family is heading back to Paramount+, and if the first teaser trailer for MobLand Season 2 is any indication, they're charging straight into another bloody war with guns blazing.

Paramount+ has released the first teaser trailer for the next season of the hit crime drama, which premieres globally on Friday, September 18.

Tom Hardy is back as mob fixer Harry De Souza, Pierce Brosnan is back as ruthless Irish crime boss Conrad Harrigan, and Helen Mirren once again plays the calculating Maeve Harrigan.

Their latest battle for control of London's criminal underworld has pushed the family into another violent conflict, and Conrad and Maeve aren't sitting safely on the sidelines. One moment shows the pair walking directly into the middle of the action, firing at rival gang members without hesitation.

As bullets fly, Conrad proudly declares, "We are the Harrigans!" before adding, "Don't know the name? Then Google us," as he continues shooting at anyone standing in his way.

The entire preview is backed by The Prodigy's iconic track "Firestarter," giving the footage an explosive energy that perfectly matches the escalating violence unfolding on screen.

Season 2 raises the stakes even further as the Harrigan family finds itself on the brink of tearing itself apart. While dangerous rival gangs close in on their North London crime empire, internal divisions threaten to destroy the family from within.

Caught in the middle of it all is Harry De Souza, who has the impossible job of keeping everyone together before everything completely falls apart.

Joining Hardy, Brosnan, and Mirren are returning cast members Paddy Considine, Joanne Froggatt, Lara Pulver, Anson Boon, Mandeep Dhillon, Jasmine Jobson, Teddie Allen, Emmett J. Scanlan, Johnny Flynn, Ophelia Lovibond, Janet McTeer, and Toby Jones.

The series comes from executive producer Guy Ritchie, creator, writer, and executive producer Ronan Bennett, and writer and executive producer Jez Butterworth.

Getting Season 2 across the finish line wasn't without its share of drama. After the series earned a renewal in June 2025, reports surfaced that Hardy was fired from the project following creative clashes with Butterworth, putting the future of the series into question.

Hardy and Butterworth eventually resolved their differences, allowing production to move forward. The report also noted that discussions about a potential Season 3 are already underway, with a writers' room currently open. Ritchie reportedly played an important role in helping bring both sides together.

The series certainly earned another chapter. Season 1 became a major success for Paramount+, ranking as the streamer's second biggest original series launch behind Landman.

If this teaser is any indication, the Harrigans aren't about to let that momentum slow down anytime soon.man.
