The series, set to premiere in two parts starting in late December, promises to take viewers on a gripping journey through the historical and mysterious landscape of Gyeongseong (old Seoul) in 1945.
The series is set against the backdrop of Seoul's grim era under colonial rule, the series follows an entrepreneur and a sleuth who “fight for survival and face a monster born out of human greed. Together, they delve into the mysterious and tumultuous world of 1945.”
The cast also includes Han So-hee, Claudia Kim, known for her role in Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald, alongside Kim Hae-sook, Cho Han-cheul, and Wi Ha-jun from the critically acclaimed Squid Game.
