More Classic POWER RANGERS Cast Members Confirmed for the 30th Anniversary Special
The Power Rangers community has been losing it! Not only was it revealed about a month ago that David Yost and Walter Emanuel Jones were working on a 30th anniversary special for the franchise, but now more casting has been confirmed.
In a recent tweet, it was officially revealed that joining Yost and Jones would be Steve Cardenas, Catherine Sutherland, Karan Ashley, and Johnny Yong Bosch. They’ll each be reprising their roles as Rocky, Kat, Aisha, and Adam respectively. Also, Charlie Kersh will be joining the team as Trini’s daughter.
Oh, and Alpha’s back in what appears to be his original body. This is all very exciting.
In addition, many fans noticed that Bosch and Ashley were wearing interesting uniforms. Some fans thought that the tag on Bosch’s read SPD, hinting at Space Patrol Delta, but the actor has seemingly denied that by saying that it’s SPA.
This has fans speculating if it means Space Patrol Alpha, Space Patrol Academy, or something else. I cannot wait for this special! I do wish that Amy Jo Johnson would return as well. I think she’d be incredible both in front of and behind the camera on it and we know Yost would fully support that as well. Come on Hasbro!
