Netflix’s BLACK RABBIT Trailer Throws Jude Law & Jason Bateman Into a Nightlife Nightmare

Netflix just dropped the first trailer for its upcoming limited series Black Rabbit, and it looks like Jude Law and Jason Bateman are diving headfirst into chaos, corruption, and family drama.

The show promises a high-stakes blend of psychological intensity and dark glamour set in the high-pressure New York nightlife scene.

Created by Zach Baylin and Kate Susman, Black Rabbit is being billed as a “propulsive thrill ride and character examination about the way an unbreakable bond between two brothers can shatter their world and everything in its orbit.”

Black Rabbit centers on two brothers “who are pushed to the brink by their duty to family and their pursuit of success. Jake Friedken (Law) is the charismatic owner of Black Rabbit, a restaurant and VIP lounge, poised to become the hottest spot in New York.

“But when his brother, Vince (Bateman), returns to the business unexpectedly, trouble soon follows; opening the door to old traumas and new dangers that threaten to bring down everything they’ve built.”

Law’s character is unraveling fast, caught between business pressures and emotional turmoil. At one point in the trailer he confesses, “I’m holding on by the skin of my teeth. I didn’t budget for you.”

The series explores how ambition, loyalty, and buried trauma can combust when success and family are on a collision course.

The cast also includes Cleopatra Coleman, Amaka Okafor, Ṣọpẹ́ Dìrísù, Troy Kotsur, Abbey Lee, Chris Coy, Dagmara Dominczyk, Odessa Young, and Robin De Jesus. Supporting roles feature Amir Malaklou, Don Harvey, Forrest Weber, Francis Benhamou, Gus Birney, John Ales, and Steve Witting.

Black Rabbit premieres September 18 on Netflix.
