Netflix's Live-Action ONE PIECE Series Is Now the Number One Ranked TV Series

Netflix’s live-action adaptation of One Piece has become a huge freakin’ hit, and it deserves all the love that it’s been getting! One Piece is easily one of the best shows that you can watch right now, and the series is now the number one ranked TV series in 84 different countries around the globe!

One Piece surpasses the record that was previously held by Stranger Things season 4 and the Addams Family adaptation Wednesday, both of which ranked number one in 83 countries during the first few days of their release.

This is exciting to hear because it means that we are definitely going to get a second season! The story and character development of this show is top-notch, and if you haven’t started watching it yet, you’ve got to watch it! It’s simply awesome! I also love the positive vibes and the smile it brings to my face.

One Piece follows the adventures of Monkey D. Luffy (Iñaki Godoy) and his pirate crew as they explore a fantastical world of endless oceans and exotic islands in search of the world’s ultimate treasure known as “One Piece” to become the next Pirate King. The other main characters include Zoro (Mackenyu), Nami (Emily Rudd), Usopp (Jacob Romero Gibson), and Sanji (Taz Skylar).

Steven Maeda is a co-writer, showrunner, and executive producer on the series along with Matt Owens, who is also co-writing and executive producing. The series also stars Morgan Davies (The Evil Dead) as Koby, Ilia Isorelýs Paulino (The Sex Lives of College Girls) as Alvida, Aidan Scott (Action Point) as Helmeppo, Jeff Ward (Hacks) as Buggy, McKinley Belcher III (Ozark) as Arlong, and Vincent Regan (Troy) as Garp.

The 10-episode series comes from Tomorrow Studios and One Piece publisher Shueisha.
